Children & Young Peoples Rights & Advice Service. This is a new service which we aim to provide to all Blackpool children who require advice, support and guidance. The service will provide independent information on children's rights, family matters,personal problems, health, social services and education - in fact anything the young person is concerned about. This innovative service will be delivered in a manner appropriate to our young people, so as to encourage them to empower themselves and to equip themselves for later life.
